Acceptance of Terms
If you do not agree; do not use the site and services of Kisski.ai. Access to https://0 constitutes agreement to the Terms and applicable laws.
Age Responsibility
By using the platform, you confirm compliance. Minimum age is 18 years or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
Failure to respect rights; Illegal activities and prohibited transactions are not permitted. It is not allowed to generate images of people without consent or minors.
About the service and the company
This is a AI platform for adult images and a video; including deepfake porn. Payments are processed through a UK registered agent. Kisski.ai is owned by a company registered in the UK.
Kisski.ai does not store or track bank card details.
User content
Services allow you to generate images and deepfake porn; we do not control such content. The user owns his content and is responsible for its use and consequences. Kisski.ai is not responsible for user materials.
Copyright and related rights protection
One copy is permitted for personal, non-commercial use - license, not transfer of rights. The license is terminated upon violation or by decision of Kisski.ai. The IP on the site materials belongs to Kisski.ai or its licensors.
Safety of minors
Prohibited content is monitored by automated systems. Such accounts are blocked and transferred to the authorities. Zero tolerance for content with minors.
Kisski.ai records user activity and, if necessary, transmits information to law enforcement agencies.
Purchases, loans and refunds
Returns are possible within 24 hours after payment. Later - no. The request is rejected if more than 20 tokens are used. Purchases are one-time tokens with no expiration date. One token = one photo. When returned, the remaining tokens are written off. In the event of a dispute, tokens for the disputed payment are cancelled.
Storage of orders and balance of tokens
Orders and media may be stored for 10 days; then deleted without notice. Loans with no expiration date can be used at any time.
Restrictions on use
- By using the site, you agree not to:
- modify, copy, decompile or create derivative works based on the materials and software of the resource;
- remove copyright notices;
- transfer or duplicate materials on third-party servers without permission;
- overload the Kisski.ai infrastructure with actions that violate stability;
- use site materials for commercial purposes without written permission;
- ignore current legislation;
- send unauthorized advertising or spam through the platform;
- interfere with the privacy, IP rights or interests of third parties;
If the rules are violated, the content is deleted, access may be suspended or completely terminated.

Account suspension and blocking
Violators may lose access to the platform - Kisski.ai will notify you of this in writing before terminating the agreement.
Third Party Services and Force Majeure
Third-party modules are provided “as is” without warranty; You bear the risks. We are not responsible for losses; caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Dispute Resolution
Payment disputes: first write to support. Indicate email, the essence of the claim, date, time and attach documents. The response to your request is within 24 hours.
Responsibility
Service and materials are provided “as is”. Kisski.ai does not provide warranties beyond the law and does not compensate for consequential losses from the use or unavailability of the platform.
Relevance and accuracy of information
Kisski.ai does not ensure their accuracy; results or reliability. You are solely responsible for decisions based on these materials. Media on the site is provided for general information.
Update of terms and conditions
This screen is updated as changes occur and the new revision is effective from the date of publication. Kisski.ai has the right to change the Regulations.
