Kisski.ai: Acceptable Use Policy

She protects us; customers and the online community from unethical and illegal activities. Violators may face suspension and blocking; in extreme cases - reporting to the authorities. Revision: January 6, 2026. The regulation applies to Kisski.ai products, services and technologies.

Fair use and duty

Excessive use may result in surcharges or capacity restrictions. The resources are provided for normal use as part of our offer.

  • The client is responsible for his actions and the actions of everyone to whom he gave access to the products, including cases of hacking due to weak security.
  • Complaints are forwarded to the account contact person. Using the products; customers agree to ensure that all end users comply with the policy.
  • Credit for downtime due to violations is not provided; where the law allows it. If you violate this policy, we may discontinue your products or account or take other action without warning.

The Service cannot be used to store or distribute illegal content, including:

  • Content that violates copyrights, trademarks or trade secrets.
  • Offensive, libelous or obscene content, illegal threats, sanctions and export violations.
  • Sending “spam” and using unverified lists in violation of the law.

Harmful and unethical activity

Advertising and distribution of software related to spam, flooding, mail-bombing, DDoS or network scanning is contrary to the platform rules.

Hacking, cracking, phreaking, unauthorized access to accounts and resources, as well as the distribution of viruses and malicious code are strictly prohibited.

Also prohibited: receiving services without payment; use of resources to evade payment; unauthorized access to data; interference with the operation of the service; violations of consumer protection and privacy laws.

Copyright violations

The user is responsible for the downloaded and published content and must have the rights to all included intellectual property objects.

“Spam”, unauthorized newsletter

You cannot send spam, attract clients from other people's databases, or use unconfirmed lists without opt-in and proof of consent. Purchased spam databases are prohibited. The rules apply to communications through our products and networks leading to Kisski.ai.

Abuse of brand Kisski.ai

You must not pretend to be a Kisski.ai employee or brand partner for the purpose of defrauding or obtaining an unfair advantage.

Inappropriate content and prohibited organizations

Materials with violence, sexual exploitation of minors or health risks are prohibited. The Service is not available to persons and organizations associated with illegal gambling, terrorism, drugs or weapons of mass destruction.

Kisski.ai records activity and can transmit data to law enforcement agencies.

Applicable Law

Policy matters are governed by UK law and international standards. Activity under the laws of the United Kingdom.

About Policy Changes

The Policy may be updated on the website. The new edition is valid from the moment of publication or after 30 days, whichever comes first.
