Materials featuring living people

Videos with real people as source templates are allowed on the platform - only with the written consent of the participants and confirmation of adulthood. Documents are maintained under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75.

Verification of members

Age and identity verification required; and verifying that materials (including deepfake porn) comply with the age, consent and compliance requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257. Kisski.ai provides modules for AI-face replacement and deepfake-porn; The legal responsibility for the media lies with the users. Only 18+ users can create and publish content.
