Regulations for removing materials

Kisski.ai is committed to a safe environment for everyone. This policy describes how we handle requests for content that may inadvertently resemble real people. All content in the APP is generated by AI. Any resemblance to real persons is coincidental and unintentional.

1. Random match with real people

We understand the concerns that may arise and are committed to promptly resolving such issues. Although the content is generated by AI; in rare cases, it may resemble real people.

2. Procedure for submitting a request to remove

We will study the request and take action within a reasonable time. If content on the APP resembles you or another person; please submit an exception request to: support@kisski.ai or through the “Communication” section of the APPLICATION.

3. Identity verification

To confirm the validity of the request, we may request documents proving the identity of the applicant or his connection with the person in the image - this way we protect the rights of users and process requests responsibly.

Content exclusion. 4.

A confirmed request leads to the removal of material from the APPLICATION in the shortest possible time according to legal requirements.

5. Data protection

Requests are processed confidentially; information is not transferred to third parties without consent; unless otherwise required by law. Confidentiality is important at every stage of removal.

Applicable law

Content removal is subject to UK law and international standards. The company is registered and operates under the laws of the United Kingdom.
